This is a nicely thought-out video about what your IT person might REALLY be doing when you are talking with them. See the 2 videos on their site called:
"The Website is Down: Sales Guy vs. Web Dude" and "Excel Hell" ....I also like that if you type in the Unix Icon Monitor screen, it answers when you are typing. Very cool!
